The President of the Cortes of Castile - La Mancha, Vincent Tirado, has stressed the importance of the Word as a means to achieve consensus and dialogue as essential in moments like this.
So said the President of the regional Parliament after attending the hearing that her Royal Highness the Princess of Asturias, doña Letizia Ortiz, it has maintained with the members of the Egido Cesar Foundation and the Museo de la Palabra on the occasion of the second edition of the international contest of Microfiction.
Quintanar de la Orden has become more cultural than ever to receive this morning at his town hall representatives of the Fundación César Egido Serrano, responsible for the Museo de la Palabra of Quero (Toledo). The quintanareño Mayor, Carlos Madero, accompanied by the councilor of culture, Vicente Rodríguez, and other members of the Municipal Corporation, have been happy and thrilled to the Foundation, thus making it a wink and a gesture of support and complicity to culture, the word and, above all, the II contest international of Microfiction Museo de la Palabra.
Quero, a town not to be left without words
The Museo de la Palabra of Quero (Toledo) has opened its doors for the first time. And it has done so to accept the delivery of the I Prize of Mirco-stories. A contest to which there have been almost 4,000 jobs from 50 different countries.
